HIBIKI 12 YO 40% Japan
A stunning 12 year-old blend from Hibiki, some of the whisky has been part-matured in plum liqueur casks. Lovely malt from Hakushu and Yamazaki, plus some aged grain from Chita, this terrific Japanese blend picked up the top prize in its category at the World Whisky Awards 2010.
DIPLIMATICO SINGLE MALT VINTAGE 2000 – 43% Venezuela
This exceptional rum was distilled in a combination of old copper pot stills and a batch kettle, then aged for 12 years in bourbon and single malt whisky casks before being finished in sherry wood.
MOUNT GAY 1703
A special edition of Mount Gay, 1703 was the year the distillery was started, making it arguably the world’s oldest surviving distillery. Blended by master distiller Allen Smith using rums aged between 10 and 30 years old.
